Passion Fruit Mousse (No-Bake Dessert)
A fast, refreshing dessert with a light, creamy texture—perfect when you want something sweet without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (measure using the same condensed milk can)
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Blend the mixture
Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender. Blend for 2–3 minutes, or until silky and fully combined. -
Pour and level
Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or individual dessert cups. Use a spatula to smooth the surface. -
Chill until set
Refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or longer if needed) until the mousse firms up. -
Serve cold
Enjoy straight from the fridge. For extra texture, top with fresh passion fruit seeds or a spoonful of whipped cream.
