Ingredients

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (measure using the same condensed milk can)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the mixture
    Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender. Blend for 2–3 minutes, or until silky and fully combined.

  2. Pour and level
    Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or individual dessert cups. Use a spatula to smooth the surface.

  3. Chill until set
    Refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or longer if needed) until the mousse firms up.

  4. Serve cold
    Enjoy straight from the fridge. For extra texture, top with fresh passion fruit seeds or a spoonful of whipped cream.
