Chocolate Chip Muffins (Easy Recipe)

Ingredients
- 120 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 50 g chocolate (broken into small pieces or chocolate chips)
Preparation
- Prepare the chocolate: Break the chocolate into small chunks (or use ready-made chocolate chips).
- Mix the batter: In a bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Stir well until you have a smooth muffin batter.
- Fill the muffin cups: Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
- Add chocolate pieces: Gently press the chocolate pieces into the batter (or fold them in briefly).
- Bake: Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Finish: Let the muffins cool slightly, then serve.
