Warm Lemon, Honey, Olive Oil & Cinnamon Drink
A simple, soothing drink made with warm water, lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon, and honey. It’s often enjoyed for its comforting feel and the anti-inflammatory benefits commonly associated with olive oil, along with honey’s gentle sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (warm, not boiling)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Warm the water until it’s comfortably hot but not boiling.
- Add the fresh lemon juice from half a lemon to the warm water.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix until evenly blended.
- Sweeten with 1–2 teaspoons of honey, stirring well to combine.
- Sip slowly. For best results, drink it on an empty stomach or whenever you want soothing relief.
