Ingredients
- 1 medium carrot, chopped (beta-carotene, linked to vitamin A support)
- 1 handful of spinach (natural sources of lutein and zeaxanthin)
- ½ cup mango or papaya (vitamin C and protective antioxidants)
- ½ kiwi (extra vitamin C)
- ½ cup coconut water (or plain water)
- ¼ avocado (healthy fats to improve nutrient absorption)
- 2 small fresh Oregano Orejón leaves, finely chopped (or ¼ teaspoon dried)
- Optional: juice of ¼ lemon (adds more vitamin C and brightness)
- A few ice cubes
Directions
- Rinse all fruits, vegetables, and herb leaves well.
- Peel (if needed) and cut the carrot, mango/papaya, and kiwi into small pieces.
- Add everything to a blender: produce, avocado, liquid, Oregano Orejón, and ice.
