Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for the filling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, pinching seams together to form an even layer.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Place the second layer of crescent roll dough on top. Press gently and seal the edges where possible.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the top layer. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it evenly over the butter.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Serving Note

This casserole isn’t just simple to make—it delivers a satisfying contrast of flaky layers, creamy filling, and warm cinnamon sweetness that people tend to remember after the first bite. Enjoy!
