Passion Fruit Cream Dessert with Chocolate Ganache (Foolproof Recipe)
Ingredients
For the Passion Fruit Cream
- 3 cans of heavy cream
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or another flavor you like)
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 1 carton/box of heavy cream
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

How to Make It
1) Prepare the Cream Base
- Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder to a blender.
- Blend for about 5 minutes, until the mixture looks smooth, light, and evenly combined.
- Pour the cream into a glass baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
2) Make the Ganache
- Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) or in the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each one to prevent scorching.
- Stir in the heavy cream until you get a glossy, silky ganache.
3) Assemble and Chill
- Spoon the chocolate ganache over the passion fruit cream and gently spread it across the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the dessert can firm up.
