  • 3 cans of heavy cream
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 carton/box of heavy cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

How to Make It

1) Prepare the Cream Base

  1. Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder to a blender.
  2. Blend for about 5 minutes, until the mixture looks smooth, light, and evenly combined.
  3. Pour the cream into a glass baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

2) Make the Ganache

  1. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) or in the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each one to prevent scorching.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream until you get a glossy, silky ganache.

3) Assemble and Chill

  1. Spoon the chocolate ganache over the passion fruit cream and gently spread it across the surface.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the dessert can firm up.
