  • 1 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to sweeten)

How to Make It

  1. Prep the produce. Peel and cut the pineapple, carrots, turmeric, ginger (if using), and lemon.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add everything to a high-speed blender with 1 cup water or coconut water. Blend well.
