Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon dish soap
  • 1 empty plastic bottle, with the top cut off (to make a funnel)

Instructions

  1. Make the bottle funnel

    • Take an empty plastic bottle and cut off the top section.
    • Flip the cut top upside down and place it into the bottom half to create a funnel shape.

  2. Mix the solution

    • Pour 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup water into the bottle.
    • Add 1 tablespoon dish soap.
    • Stir gently so everything blends without creating too many bubbles.

  3. Place it where insects gather

    • Set the bottle in problem areas such as:
      • the kitchen
      • near windows or doors
      • outdoor patios or seating areas
