  • 3 cans of milk cream
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 box of milk cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

Step-by-Step Preparation

1) Make the Cream

  1. Add the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder to a blender.
  2. Blend for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth, light, and evenly combined.
  3. Pour the cream into a glass serving dish and spread it out into an even layer.

2) Prepare the Ganache

  1. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) or the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time to prevent burning.
  3. Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and stir until you get a glossy, silky ganache.

3) Assemble and Chill

  1. Pour the ganache over the cream layer, covering the surface completely.
