Ingredients
For the Cream Layer
- 3 cans of milk cream
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk

- 1 box of milk cream
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
Step-by-Step Preparation
1) Make the Cream
- Add the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder to a blender.
- Blend for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth, light, and evenly combined.
- Pour the cream into a glass serving dish and spread it out into an even layer.
2) Prepare the Ganache
- Place the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.
- Melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) or the microwave. If using the microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time to prevent burning.
- Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and stir until you get a glossy, silky ganache.
