  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup biscuit chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Second Layer (Peanut Marshmallow Nougat)

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts

Third Layer (Caramel Layer)

  • 14 oz caramel cubes (1 can/pack, about 14 oz)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Fourth Layer (Chocolate-Peanut Topping)

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup biscuit chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

1) Make the First Layer

  1. Lightly coat a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and biscuit chips, stirring until fully smooth.
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.

2) Make the Second Layer

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  2. Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk, then bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped salted peanuts.
  6. Spread evenly over the chilled first layer, then refrigerate until set.

3) Add the Caramel Layer

  1. Over low heat, melt the caramel cubes with the heavy cream, stirring until glossy and smooth.
  2. Pour over the peanut layer and return to the refrigerator until firm.

4) Finish with the Fourth Layer

  1. Repeat the melting method from the first layer: gently melt the milk chocolate chips, biscuit chips, and creamy peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
  2. Pour over the set caramel layer and spread evenly.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
