Layered Chocolate, Peanut, and Caramel Bars
These no-fuss dessert bars are built in four delicious layers: a rich chocolate-peanut base, a fluffy peanut-marshmallow center with crunchy nuts, a smooth caramel topping, and a final chocolate finish. Chill between each step for clean, easy slicing.

Ingredients
First Layer (Chocolate-Peanut Base)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup biscuit chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Second Layer (Peanut Marshmallow Nougat)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Third Layer (Caramel Layer)

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Fourth Layer (Chocolate-Peanut Topping)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup biscuit chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1) Make the First Layer
- Lightly coat a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and biscuit chips, stirring until fully smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
- Refrigerate until firm.
2) Make the Second Layer
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk, then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped salted peanuts.
- Spread evenly over the chilled first layer, then refrigerate until set.
3) Add the Caramel Layer
- Over low heat, melt the caramel cubes with the heavy cream, stirring until glossy and smooth.
- Pour over the peanut layer and return to the refrigerator until firm.
4) Finish with the Fourth Layer
- Repeat the melting method from the first layer: gently melt the milk chocolate chips, biscuit chips, and creamy peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
- Pour over the set caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
