Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites (Oven-Baked)
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Toothpicks, for securing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, coat the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly seasoned.
- Wrap each potato quarter with a piece of bacon, then pin it in place with a toothpick.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped potato bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the bacon turns crisp.
- Serve hot for the best flavor and texture.
