Ingredients

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the mousse

    • Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender.
    • Blend for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture looks smooth and silky.
  2. Pour into dishes

    • Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl or individual cups.
    • Level the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  3. Chill until set

    • Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until the mousse is firm and spoonable.
  4. Serve
