Passion Fruit Mousse (Quick No-Bake Dessert)
A fast, no-bake passion fruit mousse that turns out light, creamy, and refreshing—ideal for an easy make-ahead treat.

Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (300 ml) heavy cream (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Blend the mousse
- Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit juice to a blender.
- Blend for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture looks smooth and silky.

Pour into dishes
- Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl or individual cups.
- Level the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Chill until set
- Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until the mousse is firm and spoonable.

- Serve cold.
- Optional toppings: fresh passion fruit seeds or a spoonful of whipped cream for extra texture.
