Cheesy Garlic Butter Dough Bites
These warm, pull-apart bites are filled with gooey mozzarella and finished with a buttery garlic coating. Serve them as an appetizer, snack, or party finger food—especially with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking. -
Portion and shape the dough
Split the biscuit dough (or cut pizza dough) into small, even pieces. Gently press each piece flat with your fingers. -
Stuff with mozzarella
Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each dough round. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, forming a smooth ball. -
Mix the garlic butter
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using) until well blended. -
Coat the dough balls
Roll or dip each stuffed dough ball in the garlic butter so it’s evenly covered. Arrange them seam-side down on the baking sheet. -
Bake until golden
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bites are puffed and golden brown. -
Finish with Parmesan and parsley
While they’re still hot, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and top with fresh parsley. -
Serve warm
Enjoy immediately with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
