Slow Cooker Banana Pudding (Warm & Caramelized)

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Add the sliced bananas to a large mixing bowl, then pour in the brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir gently until the bananas are evenly covered in the sweet, spiced mixture.
- Transfer everything to the slow cooker and spread it into an even layer.
- Cover and cook on Low for 2–3 hours, until the bananas are very tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir carefully before serving, then enjoy the pudding warm.
