Slow Cooker 5-Ingredient Banana Foster Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Add the sliced bananas to a large mixing bowl, then pour in the brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Stir gently until the bananas are evenly covered in the sweet, spiced mixture.
  4. Transfer everything to the slow cooker and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 2–3 hours, until the bananas are very tender and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Stir carefully before serving, then enjoy the pudding warm.
