Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh Bledo Blanco leaves, washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Warm the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
  3. Add the Bledo Blanco leaves, stirring well. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until the greens soften and wilt.
