Passion Fruit Mousse (Easy No-Bake Dessert)
This quick passion fruit mousse is a light, creamy, and refreshing treat you can make in minutes—no oven required. It’s ideal for serving in a large bowl or in individual dessert cups.

Ingredients
- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 300 ml heavy cream (measure using the condensed milk can)
- 1 cup (240 ml) concentrated passion fruit juice

Blend the mixture
Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and concentrated passion fruit juice to a blender.
Blend for 2–3 minutes, until the texture becomes smooth and creamy. -
Pour and level
Transfer the mousse into a serving bowl or divide into individual cups.
Use a spatula to smooth the surface. -
Chill until set
Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until the mousse firms up and holds its shape. -
Serve cold
Serve straight from the fridge. For extra texture and presentation, top with fresh passion fruit seeds or a spoonful of whipped cream.
