Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
How to Make It
1) Toast the Seeds
Add the flaxseeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds to a dry pan. Toast gently over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring often. This brings out a richer nutty taste and can make the seeds easier to digest.

2) Combine with Raw Honey
Remove the pan from the heat and let the seeds cool briefly (about 1 minute). Pour in the raw honey and stir until everything is evenly coated.
3) Store and Use
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Take 1 tablespoon per day.
