Cream Cheese Crescent Roll Casserole
This easy crescent roll casserole combines flaky pastry, a rich cream cheese filling, and a buttery cinnamon-sugar topping. The result is a golden, crowd-pleasing bake with a sweet, creamy center—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for the filling)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, pinching seams together to form an even layer.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Place the second layer of crescent roll dough on top. Press gently and seal the edges where possible.
- Pour the melted butter over the top layer. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it evenly over the butter.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
