Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1-inch piece fresh turmeric (or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (optional, for extra zing)
- 1 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to sweeten)
How to Make It
- Prep the produce. Peel and cut the pineapple, carrots, turmeric, ginger (if using), and lemon.
- Blend until smooth. Add everything to a high-speed blender with 1 cup water or coconut water. Blend well.
- Strain if you prefer juice. For a lighter, smoother drink, pour through a fine sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp (optional).
